For those of you who know the Kirley family, you must know Tux- big yellow dog, Tuxy uxy wuxy, and the sweetest yellow lab you would ever meet.
He has been in our family since Tim and Shannon got married. 11 1/2 years old.
Well, it is sad to say that on Wednesday Tux will be joining Gipper 1 and Gipper 2 in Doggie Heaven. He suffers from paralysis of the larynx and is having a very hard time breathing. He can't play, get excited or even go outside much anymore. For those of you dog lovers, you understand this is no way for a lab to live. Our family will miss him so much.
It simply won't be the same without him. I know someone who will miss his buddy for sure... Champ!
So Mr. Tux, we love you and will miss you dearly. Say hello to the other Kirley's in Animal Heaven...
Inky (our mean cat), Izzy (the sweet cat), Ellijay (the sneaky cat), Podo (the farret), Herman (the bird), Gipper 1 (who bit John's face off), Gipper 2 ( the best golden retriever ever), Mason ( I assume he is there now- the craziest dog who survived the pavement crawl), and I am sure a gerble, fish or two.
