I thought I would post some pics, just for fun. All is well here. Actually, Emmie is just getting over a bug. She has had a rough winter. Multiple ear infections, upper respiratory illnesses, so many teeth (too many to count anymore, including MOLARS!), and blah, blah, blah... I can't wait to have a break during the spring! So here are some fun ones to laugh at.
Here is my cutie patootie playing in mommy's hat. She can really be as sweet as pie when she wants.

She loves playing in hats. She thinks she is so funny and laughs at herself.
Ok. This girl loves some Nilla wafers. One time Brent caught her with the box and atleast 5 mini wafers in her mouth. As Brent says, he had to "finger sweep" her mouth. Might I add HE was supposed to be watching her... haha. She was breathing. Don't worry...

I only wish this shot had not turned out blurry. Because here she is cruising around with her "Nillas" in her Cookie Monster shirt that reads "Me do it all for cookies!"

So she talks. Nonstop. All the time. Doesn't necessarily make sense. But she loves to talk. I heard her jabbering and found her here, playing with the toilet paper roll and throwing all her shoes into the bathtub. I will also say she had just eaten dinner. Look at that GUT! You would never know she doesn't even weigh 19 pounds. Anyway, this was just before bath time tonight.
She looks so sweet and innocent. Just playing with her toys. She loves bathtime. And I love how clean she smells and feels when she gets out. There is nothing better than a baby smell after a bath. Anytime she goes to daycare she gets a good bathing when she gets home. Gets all the dirt and germs off.
Now, I love this. Just a great look at those beautiful big eyes. I won't tell you what happened in the bathtub right after this picture was taken. I will just say the tub had to be cleaned with Lysol and bleach and all her bath toys are being washed in the dishwasher tonight. She never ceases to amaze me, surprise me or make me laugh. I have to remember things like this on nights like tonight. I would have taken a picture of me wrestling her like a bearcub, but I don't have enough arms. For some reason she goes through spurts when she hates her after-bath routine... diaper and putting on pj's. Honestly, I had to tell her "I was stronger than her and that I would win." Low and behold, she did end up with a diaper on, pj's on, hair brushed and teeth brushed. So, I guess I won. But she gives me a run for my money. For sure!
