4 month check up

Emmie got more shots today! It was so sad. Once again, no delayed reaction. She immediately shrieked. The poop strike she has been on is apparently not as big a deal as Brent and I have been making it. I guess "babies do these things". The teething process has begun and as I have been told, it will only get worse! Yikes! 6 months baby Motrin is allowed- thank heavens. Tylenol for now. The 15 minute naps she takes during the day is not that big of a deal either. Seeing that for the past week she has been sleeping like a log at night, no biggie that she isn't sleeping during the day. Sunscreen and bug spray isn't recommended because people interpret it as being allowed to take the baby into the sun. Well, Dr. Vic says in the shade with a cotton shirt, shorts and socks pulled up with a hat on... What!? Summer in Georgia... no way. I surely don't mind the shade, but I am not going to dress her like it is winter either. All in all, Emmarie is awesome! She is doing great, just tired and sore tonight! Poor little legs are covered in bandaids ~ Nothing more for 2 months at the 6 month old check up :)
